Hershey Homecoming Royalty 2018

On October 1-6th, 2018, Hershey Public School Panthers had their annual Homecoming celebration.  The students started the week with a Hallway Decorating Contest, where students decorated the walls with items that represented nostalgic board game. Monopoly, Candy Land, Life, Battleship, and Clue filled the school and the winning class was the Sophomores who designed the Battleship hallway.  In addition, the students showed their class pride by wearing wacky clothing for each theme day. The themes were #squadgoals, hallway theme day, sports day, farmer/redneck day, and spirit day.

On Friday, the cheerleaders hosted a pep rally in order to send-off the football players.  People from the community, students, and staff listened to the band play, while the cheerleaders and dance team performed.  Friday night, the football players fought for a win and the evening closed with the crowning of a new queen and king. The attendants for the 2018 Homecoming Ceremony were Freshmen - Macie Ebmeier and Cody Park, Sophomores - Shayla McConnell and Eli McConnell, and Juniors - Abigail Carter and William Huebner.  The Senior Royalty were Emily Barr, Ashley Hassett, Channing Holm, Bailie Vanarsdall, Jeremy Parker, Hunter Melvin, Eli Huebner, and Caje Naranjo. These students represented Hershey well and the school’s choice for Homecoming Queen and King were Channing Holm and Caje Naranjo. Congratulations to the Homecoming Royalty Court!
